THE GOAL IS YOURS. SO IS THE NEXT STEP.

Make a little room
for what matters to you.

A goal gives you a direction. A habit gives you something you can actually do today.

“I want to finish the books I keep buying.”

TODAY, THAT LOOKS LIKE

Read 10 pages after dinner.

Bookmark in. Phone down. One chapter closer.

Example habit. Make it yours.

01 / CHOOSE

Decide what counts.

A page. A practice session. A walk. Pick a habit and make “done” clear.

02 / DO

Give it that satisfying check.

Open Today, do your thing, and tap it off. Keep the next step in sight.

03 / REPEAT

Look back. See the work.

Check your trends and streaks. Notice the days you showed up and build from there.

A RECORD OF SHOWING UP

“I’ve been
keeping at this.”

You won’t remember every small thing you did last month. Your check-ins will.

Habits gives you a place to see your consistency, celebrate milestones, and decide what to keep working on.

  • Daily check-offs and streaks
  • Progress you can look back on
  • Reminders for your habits
  • An account to sync with the web

LESS SETUP. MORE SHOWING UP.

Your day,
one tap at a time.

Choose your habits. Check them off. See the day come together.

Does it work on the web?

Yes. Open the web app to use Habits in your browser. Sign in with the same account to access your saved progress.

Do I need to connect Apple Health?
